At SYRN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, tagged items. Our streamlined process ensures that finding your perfect fit is always a risk-free experience.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all SYRN tags attached and include the packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated courier; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
